Buddha Teacher Training College is an autonomous institution (under the aegis of SMILE foundation) recognized by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and affiliated to BRAB University Muzaffarpur and B.S.E.B Patna.
BTTC is situated on the Laalganj - Imaadpur path in Vaishali district of Bihar. The institute is at a distance of 6 kms from Imaadpur (i.e. Patna - Muzaffarpur Highway) and 3.5 kms from Laalganj. Owing to its close proximity from both the national and state highways, the institute is highly accessible as scores of public transport vehicles ply the route daily. Vaishali itself has had an impressive historical past and today it is a sought after tourist destination. Religious, archaeological as well as as casual tourists flock this village.
Set amidst lush green farms and natural vegetation, the infrastructure in itself is an architectural marvel. The sprawling campus is spread over 6 acres. It consists of a three storied academic block inclusive of many classrooms, a fully-functional computer lab, a state-of-art central library, separate hostel blocks for boys and girls, proposed gym and recreational area. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. A major part of the campus (close to 4 acres) has been strategically left for plantation, boulevard and various sports court.
